Founded by Mr. Manoj Bhardwaj highly experienced and disability expert. Nupur is a formally registered society in India. Under Rajasthan societies act 1958 & also registered under The Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995.
